From my years of experience with chainsaws, the Husqvarna 435 truly stands out. It perfectly balances functionality with convenience. I’ve seen its rugged design stand the test of time, serving me well through countless projects. If you’re in search of a chainsaw that can meet your every demand, I’d highly recommend giving the Husqvarna 435 a shot.

What I Like

What I Don't Like

Design

The 40.9 cc motor that this Husqvarna chainsaw uses gives you an impressive power output of 2.2 horsepower. This gives you the ability to cut through materials without having to use quite as much effort as with other models on the market.

This Husqvarna chainsaw also has a maximum speed of 9000 RPM, which means that you’ll have no problem with smooth cutting. It is designed for efficiency, so it doesn’t use any more power than it needs to.

The motor uses X-Torq technology, which means that it doesn’t emit any potentially dangerous toxic fumes.

You can feel free to do the work you need without worrying about your health or safety. This is an especially nice feature if you are ever working in confined areas without much ventilation.

The 16-inch blade can cut through up wood that is 14 inches thick, but it might not be as smooth as with thinner pieces.

The idling speed is quite steady, which I found makes handling straightforward, even for those new to chainsaws. Its design promotes rapid operation, helping me complete tasks in no time.

Personally, I’ve used it with guide bars ranging from 13 inches up to 18 inches. And, I’ve got to say, it typically fires up with just a few pulls.

The choke and stop control means that you won’t have to worry about flooding the engine and preventing the Husqvarna chainsaw from starting. This makes it a lot easier to use than many other models. It won’t take very long for you to get used to it.

Having used this chainsaw extensively, I can attest to its minimal vibration. Thanks to its high-efficiency motor, the annoying movement often experienced with other chainsaws is virtually absent. This not only improves handling but significantly reduces fatigue, especially during those longer sessions.

The chain oil system this chainsaw uses features an automatically fixed flow oiler. This means that you can just focus on the work you are doing without any distractions. You won’t need to keep manually releasing the oil bar.

Measuring 11 by 14.2 by 21.5 inches with a weight of 9.2 pounds, this chainsaw isn’t particularly heavy or unwieldy. It is easy to hold onto and use even in fairly confined spaces without any issues.

The vibration dampening system that this chainsaw also features makes it easier to handle. It also means that you won’t have to worry about any long-term issues with your Husqvarna 435 chainsaw even if you use it regularly.

Features

Low Kickback Guide Bar

Like Homdox 52CC with low kickback systemthe design of this chainsaw’s guide bar and chain minimize kickback for easier use and increased safety while you are working.

Hand Guards

I’ve genuinely appreciated the front and back hand guards. They do a stellar job at shielding my hands from any flying debris, enhancing safety during use.

Throttle Lockout Button

Most top-rated chainsaws below 200 have throttle lockout button. The throttle lockout button prevents accidental operation so you don’t get injured by a simple mistake.

X-Torq Engine

In my many uses of this chainsaw, the X-Torque technology in its engine really stands out. It notably cuts down on fuel consumption, which means I can use it for quite a while before having to think about refueling. It’s a thoughtful, efficient feature that I’ve come to appreciate in my work.

Combined Start/Stop Switch

The combined Stop/Start switch makes starting and turning off the Husqvarna 435 chainsaw very easy. There is also a Smart Start feature for added convenience.

Integrated Air Purge System

Its air purge system is a real game-changer. With just a quick push of a button, I can easily remove air from both the fuel system and carburetor in seconds. It’s a seamless process that I’ve found incredibly useful.
