Vivian Daugherty

As the human resources director at Sawinery, Vivian oversees the hiring processes, training programs, and employee relations of the company. She has a master’s degree in human resources management, which became an excellent springboard for her success in the industry. With her strong organizational and management skills, our systems are kept running smoothly and efficiently. Vivian describes herself as an ambivert, and she can be the life of the party while also enjoying some alone time at home.

When she’s not busy at the office, Vivian is either hitting up a spa or at home working on her latest DIY project.
